A Concrete Cutting Contractor Kirkland Has Already Put to Work
Some service-area pages are a promise; this one comes with receipts. When Kirkland expanded Juanita Blvd, Siler’s crews did the road sawing: full-depth cuts through old roadway that ran 16 inches-plus thick in places. Municipal road work is as demanding as concrete cutting gets: live traffic, hard schedules and no room for ragged lines.
The same crews handle the rest of Kirkland’s concrete: tenant improvements and commercial modifications from Totem Lake to downtown, trench cuts and core-drilled penetrations for plumbers and electricians, and residential work (basement egress windows, foundation openings, driveway and patio removal) across the city’s neighborhoods.
We’re based in Seattle, minutes from Kirkland across SR-520, and we’ve been cutting concrete across Western Washington since 1999, licensed, insured and available 24/7. One call covers the whole cycle: the cut itself, breaking and haul-off, and the trench pour-back when concrete needs to go back in.

Concrete Cutting Services We Deliver in Kirkland
Every service below is performed by our own crews. The same equipment and standards that handled Kirkland’s municipal road work, on every commercial and residential job.
Flat / Slab Sawing
Roads, slabs, floors and driveways cut to exact depth, the same road sawing we performed on Juanita Blvd, plus trenches and openings for TIs and remodels.
Concrete Wall Sawing
Door and window openings, HVAC penetrations and structural modifications cut clean in vertical concrete, commercial and residential.
Concrete Core Drilling
Round penetrations from 1 to 72 inches for plumbing, electrical and mechanical runs, drilled to spec, floors, walls or ceilings.
Concrete Wire Sawing
Diamond wire cutting for sections beyond blade reach: thick structural elements, cut vibration-free.
Concrete Breaking & Disposal
Cut sections broken out with control, loaded into our own trucks and hauled off, recycled wherever possible.
Trench Pour-Back
The utility trenches we cut and remove, reinforced and poured back by the same crew, plus pads, slabs and sidewalks when the job needs them.
Cut. Core. Break Out. Haul Off. One Crew.
A cut-only contractor leaves the break-out and the haul-off to somebody else. Siler’s cuts to your marked lines, breaks out the sections and hauls them off with one Kirkland crew, so nothing falls between subs.

Plan the Cut
Dimensions, depth, access and your marked lines are confirmed before the saw shows up, with dust, water and an occupied building planned for.
Cut to the Line
Flat, wall, wire or core: cut to your marked lines, water-cooled, dust kept under control, square where it needs to be square.
Break Out & Haul Off
Cut sections are broken out and leave in our own trucks, so nobody waits on a second sub. Utility trenches we cut can be poured back by the same crew.
Sound Familiar?
✕ An opening that’s out of square, so the frame or the duct doesn’t fit.
✕ A second sub to schedule for haul-off, and a third for the pour-back.
We built our process to take every one of these off your plate. One call. One crew. One line on your schedule.

The Kirkland Road Expansion Project
When Kirkland widened Juanita Blvd, the old roadway had to come out in clean, controlled sections, and that’s where our crews came in. Road sawing on a live municipal corridor means full-depth cuts on a schedule, coordinated around traffic control, with no margin for wandering lines.
The cutting itself held a surprise that’s typical of older roads: sections of the old road bed ran 16 inches-plus thick, far beyond what a standard pass handles. That’s the value of a contractor that runs diesel flat saws cutting up to 36 inches deep: the unexpected thickness changed the pass plan, not the schedule.
It’s one documented example of the standard we bring to every Kirkland job, municipal or not. See the full write-up and photos on the project page.

What We Cut in Kirkland
Kirkland’s mix skews residential and neighborhood-commercial: remodels that need doorway and window openings cut through foundations, garages and basements trenched for new plumbing, driveways and patios sectioned for replacement, and tenant improvements around Totem Lake and downtown that need trench cuts, core-drilled penetrations and wall openings. Whatever the job, the crew that cuts, removes and pours back is the same one that answers the phone: (206) 901-9383, 24/7.
