What Is Concrete Wall Sawing?
Concrete wall sawing uses a track-mounted saw with a diamond blade to make precise vertical and horizontal cuts in concrete walls. The saw travels along a track anchored to the wall itself, so every cut stays straight, square and exactly where the plans say it should be, even high on a wall where handheld equipment can’t deliver a clean line.
Unlike breaking concrete out with a sledgehammer or wrecking ball, wall sawing removes exactly the section you need gone and nothing else. Cuts come out clean and controlled, edges are smooth and ready to finish, and the surrounding structure is never compromised. Water cools the blade as it cuts, keeping dust to a minimum, a major advantage when the work happens inside a finished or occupied building.

Plan Before We Cut
When you want to know what’s inside the wall before we cut, GPR concrete scanning can be arranged to locate rebar, conduit and post-tension cables before the blade ever touches concrete.
Cut to the Line
The track is anchored, the opening is cut to your marked lines, and the saw does the rest: clean, square, water-cooled cuts with dust kept under control.
Removal & Pour-Back
We haul off the cut sections through our concrete breaking & disposal service. And if concrete needs to go back, our trench pour-back crew pours it back like it never happened.
